OMP is probably the most professional of the full-service Model/photographer networking portals. Like anywhere on the net, there are a number of bozos on the site; but there is also a great core community of experienced photographers, models and makeup artists who are willing to share information, who are looking to work together to better the craft.

Garage Glamour
GG is a good resource for Glamour and Beauty Photogaphers and Models. We don't really do a lot of glamour photography, but we give the site high marks. It is a good resource for models (and photogs) interested in this type of work.
